HAMLINE TRACK AND FIELD 'MINI-CLINICS'

Jan. 21st Hamline will be hosting its 3rd annual track 'mini-clinic' for coaches and athletes.

Horizontal Jumps Clinic: Hamline coaches will cover numerous topics concerning the horizontal jumps, with specific focus on jumping technique and training indoors before the snow melts! 

Throws Clinic: Hamline throws coach and collegiate throwers will work with athletes on a teaching progression for both the shot and discus and also take athletes through a drill series they can do at home!

Time Schedule: MONDAY JAN. 21st (MLK DAY)

8:30-9:00am - Check in for Jumps Clinic
9:00am-12:00pm - Horizontal Jumps Clinic for Coaches and Athletes
12:00 - PIZZA!!! (covered in clinic fee)

12:30-1:00pm - Check in for Throws Clinic
1:00-5:00pm - Throws Clinic
5:00 - PIZZA!!! (covered in clinic fee)

$25 for athletes, $50 for coaches/parents (free if coach brings 4 or more athletes!)
