This is the 2nd year of the All American 10K and we would like to expand the field this year. The goal is to have it be a quality 10K that can serve as a qualifying race for the MIAC meet and for the NCAA National meet. Open runners and former MIAC runners that meet the standard are welcome. The standards this year are based on the 20th best performance in MIAC from last year.
Women’s Standard - 42:04.79 – Dennis Hannah, St. Olaf
Men’s Standard - 33:39.65 – Joe Gair, St. John’s
