BASIC INFORMATION:
START TIME: 10:00 a.m. Field Events, 11:00 a.m. Running Events
SPIKES: ¼” pyramid is the longest allowable. No pins or christmas trees allowed.
RUNNING EVENTS: Will be run in sections… no prelims. 200 will be seeded at the meet. Athletes MUST check in between 800m (time will be given) in the center of the football field. UNATTACHED ATHLETES: Only U of M redshirts
HORIZONTAL JUMPS: Flights will be seeded by performance.
Top entrants will go in last flight. All athletes will be given 4 jumps within flights.
HIGH JUMP and POLE VAULT: Starting heights will be determined at the meet.
THROWING EVENTS:
Weigh in: 8:30-9:30 (Weigh in only if you have a chance to qualify for nationals, even an outside chance)
-Flights will be seeded by performance -All athletes will receive 4 throws. -Top entrants will go in the last flight.
