MEET INFORMATION: *Sunday will serve as a rain day!
START TIME: Friday 3:00pm, Saturday 11:00 a.m. ENTRY FEE: $150 per team per gender. No team scores will be kept.
ENTRIES: Due Tuesday, May 3rd by 7 pm. www.raceberryjam.combandbtimingentry.php3 Heat sheets will be available on Thursday, May 5th @ www.hamlinetrack.com Unattached/open athletes: Must be approved by meet management prior to entering; Email pschmaedeke@hamline.edu to inquire. There will be a $15 entry fee if approved. Some events will be closed to open athletes at the discretion of the meet director. It will depend on the number of entries & the impact on the meet schedule.
RUNNING EVENTS: 100 and 110 hurdles will have prelims and finals…all other running events will be contested in timed sectional finals. Fast sections will run first. 200 runners must check in at the hip number station in the middle of the infield before the gun goes off for the 800m to be eligible to run. We will seed the 200 based on confirmed entries during the 800m race and post them on the west end of the stadium as soon as we can.
SPIKES: ¼” pyramid is the longest allowable. No pins or Christmas tree spikes allowed.
FIELD EVENTS: HORIZONTAL JUMPS: Flights will be seeded by performance. Top entrants will go in last flight. Top 9 attached college jumpers will advance to finals. HJ and PV: Starting heights will be determined upon receiving entries. THROWS: Flights will be seeded by performance. Top entrants will go in the last flight. Top 9 attached college throwers will advance to finals..
MISC INFO: • Coaches check-in & scratches will be taken in press box. SCRATCHES ONLY! NO ADD’s! • No coaches in press box during meet • Camp in stands, outside of track or in Walker Fieldhouse. • No camps on infield • There will be no calls for events. Athletes in events not finishing in lanes will need a hip number. Hip numbers are self serve, and will be available at the center of the infield. • Athletes should check in at the start line 10 min. before their event starts. • Athletic trainers will be available during the meet under the west end of the stadium. Athletic trainers cannot do any modality treatments without written request from that institution’s athletic trainer.
