As a sponsor of the Hamline Elite Meet, reach some of the best track and field athletes, coaches and fans in the state!
Sponsorships are available at various levels to help ensure the Hamline Elite Meet remains a first-rate competition. Sponsorships help cover the cost of meet management, officials, timing systems and more! Sponsorships may be given anonymously.
Corporate ($500+):
· Name/logo on 600 Nike dri-fit t-shirts given to all participants in Friday’s competition
· Name/logo on meet programs
· Name/logo and hyperlink on the Elite Meet section of website
· Opportunity to set up promotional table at meet
· Opportunity to distribute promotional materials in coaches’ packets
· Opportunity to display company provided banner on the track during meet
Estimated fair market value: $125
Gold Event Champions ($250+):
· Opportunity to sponsor a specific event on meet schedule. Sponsorships may be listed under a business/individual name and may be made in honor or memory of a favorite coach, athlete, team or fan. Event sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
· Opportunity to have name/logo and small ad for business listed on meet program
· Announcement of event and sponsorship during meet
· On-field introduction of all Gold Event Champions during meet
Estimated fair market value with business ad: $50
Silver Medalists ($150+):
· Listed on meet program under a business or individual name
· Announcement of Silver Medalist sponsors during meet
Bronze Medalists ($75+):
· Listed on meet program under a business or individual name

Note: Under current tax law, when benefits are available as a result of a contribution, the fair market value of those benefits must be subtracted from the contribution in order to determine the tax deductible portion of a gift.
